The HFX Group’s Service department prides itself on providing consistently high levels of service and superb turnaround times. It received international recognition from Marantz Europe, when it was awarded the ‘INTERNATIONAL DISTRIBUTION SERVICE AWARD’ for outstanding after-sales service.
The department is headed by Johan Buys, who has many years of experience in the industry and is strongly committed to keeping abreast with the latest developments. In keeping with this, Johan recently attended an International Service Training Workshop in Dusseldorf Germany where he was able to exchange thoughts and ideas about new product features and technologies, as well as tools and methods for the quick and accurate diagnosis of faults. He also had the opportunity to gain further insights into the latest operating theory and troubleshooting techniques for audio and video circuits.
All of this fairs well for the road ahead, especially when one considers the increasingly advanced circuitry being used in the high-end products that we distribute. The quicker that we can diagnose the fault on a unit, the sooner we can have it repaired or replaced, and of course the quicker the product gets back to the owner. This stands us in good stead to maintain the superior levels of service and superb turnaround times which our customers and dealers have come to expect from us.
